    • I have tried to use your chat feature multiple times. My macbook is not registering the device--i can not find it anywhere. there is no information online or in the manual regarding this. Is there a driver software? How do i put music onto this device. I will be returning it and posting a negative review if i can not find some reasonable direction on how to use this product.     • I previously submitted this question on an older model but this model’s manual specifically says it can play shuffle on or off. I am unable to turn shuffle off after following the instructions in the manual. This used to work. Is there a reset procedure which might clear the problem?

      There is no reset function for this device. To turn off the Shuffle just press play/pause and Reverse at the same time.

    • Just received my new Pyle flextreme headphones. Have charged battery and tried numerous ways to get them to work without any luck. Manual has little instructions. Please send me steps to get it to work with my iPhone to watch YouTube movies. Thank you

      Make sure that the transfer cable is properly clipped to the earpiece contact point to be able to charge properly and transfer the file

    • bought two identical flextreme players last June and we have used the for an hour every day, recharging them together about once a week. This week one of the units refused to recharge, while the other recharged just fine. Same power supply, same charging clip. I used an eraser to clean the contacts, have held the clip tight with a rubber band, but light does not come on while on the charger and unit will not turn on either on or off the charger. How to fix?

      Simply connect the DATA Cable to the headset and to the USB port of the PC and transfer file from PC to headset

    • Hello! I tried to pair up this brand of Bluetooth (Pyle-PSWP14BK) by followed instructions on the packing list but it didn't pick up the pairing process so I need more information To pair up this headset to my phone please.

      This model is not a Bluetooth device

      iTune files needs to be converted to mp3 files in order to play them

The light flashes green by the way - not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing - but I have left them charging overnight in case that was a sign of low power. No joy. Can you advise please. Hard to express how poorly the manual is written. Is the light supposed to blink or be solid? How long does it take to reach fully charged? Turning it on seems easy but how do you know if it is really on? I will not play when clicked.

      Please check if the files transferred are in mp3 format. They might be still in iTunes format. Flashing Green means it is reading files

      PSWP28BK is Bluetooth and PSWP14BK is not

      The PSWP14BK is a storage device and should be read easily by a computer. Please ensure that the contact points are connected it needs to have a clean contact

      Files may still be on iTunes format. Make sure to convert them to mp3
