Does the PTVSTNDPT3215 have a 360 degree tilt as advertised and will the VESA plate fit 100 X 100? I have seen many complaints online that Pyle redesigned this model and it no longer comes with a 360 tilt and does not fit 100 x 100? ( https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IINGWZC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1) Also does it come with mounting bolts... if no what size would I need to order? Thank you!
Looking at the bracket it does not show that it can make a 360-degree tilt. However, It should still fit the 100 X 100
