    • I bought my robot vaccum second hand and doesn’t have remote controller. Can I run it via an app or purchase a replacement

      You can use the display panel on the main body of the robot to operate it. 
      You can also use the charging station to start or stop the robot.
      However, you cannot use an app to control the robot, as it is not a Wi-Fi connected model.

    • My lovely kitten decided to eat the charging station power cord. How can I order a new one? I love and miss my Pure Clean robot vacuum. The docking station looks OK.
