My PUCWM11 drain hose has a split in the bottom so I cannot fill the washer as water just keeps pouring out of the hose. I live in Canada & would like to know where I can get a new hose? Thank you.

The dial for the minutes doesn’t move all the way around and once it stopped spinning I wanted to wash again so it could rinse and it doesn’t turn back on. What do I need to do or is the product defective?

If the timer knob is not turning all the way around then there may be something wrong with the timer

The wires inside are zip tied in a plastic bag. Does the plastic bag need to stay or must I remove it?

Hello, Several questions please. 1)Do you ship to Canada 2) If yes, what method of shipping do you use? 3) Can I use an extension cord with this machine because the nearest power outlet to where I'll use it (washroom), is in the next room. 4) Does it have a basket to spin dry the clothes? 5) If not, do you have a washer which does have a spin dry basket? 6) Must I place it on a stand of some sort if I intend to use it in the bathroom/shower stall? Yes you can use an extension cord

You may use a stand for a more convenient use

The green earth wire - what do I connect this to and how? What's a "grounded object"? I thought all I would have to do is plug it in.

You can attach the green wire to any metal Pipe or faucet or just disregard it if there is no place to tap.

Can you set on counter next to kitchen sink and drain hose so water gets extracted goes down the drain.
