    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • I purchased the PVAM60 and it arrived with no user's manual or warranty documentation. There is no serial number or manufactured date stamped in the rear panel next to Serial # and Mfg date. Is that normal for your products? Where do I get a user's manual for the PVAMP60?

    • Why does this amp have a 2 prong plug in instead of a grounded 3 prong?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. we will let our engineers know this

    • Why isn’t my amp putting out any sound? My guitar is plugged in into high and the amp is on.

Check to see if both GAIN and Volume are UP

    • Can I plug in a guitar & a microphone for use at the same time? What is the difference in the “high & low” and line out plugs.

HIgh is for direct plug-in of a guitar and low is if you are using pedal effects and using a mic is somehow possible but the downside is that it has only one volume control
