Usually it is from a power switch or wahing machine.

Hello! I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I left it in charge for a day and unplug it and it turns off. I thought it could go on with it being plugged in?
Charging time is 3 to 6 hours however if the unit is not holding charge. Please check the warranty
