How can I get the box open if I forgot the coder?
There is no emergency access for this type of box

Can I buy just the lock part to replace.We didn’t set it correctly and had to take the lock off to open it and it’s brand new.
Send it for repair.

Got this lockbox and assembled it and went to set the four-digit code and closed it and it will not unlock. What can I do to open it up??
steps to open the box
Step 1: Seeing from the gaps, pull the 4 lock of the gaps unified to the same orientation
Step 2: Such as the gap unified direction in the above figure 0 position, pull each lock pull 5 times, but ensure that each pull only a number
Step 3: After the second step is completed, you can open and change the new lock
OR - try to safety pry open using a butter knife then reset or replace lock
