how do you fold it back up?
Simply follow the manual, last in first out

Hi, i purchased from Amazon. Step 3 says “ Remove the two Foot Cap (D) from two Foot (C) and these two feet are randomly chosen but there is one foot between these two feet. Slide the Handrail Support Tube (I) onto the two Foot (C), and then press the Foot Cap (D) back on these two Foot (C).” I am having trouble putting the feet caps back on the attached handle, there is a black frame in the bottom keeping the feet from sliding in. Help? Advise?
Foot C should be inserted all the way in to hand rail support tube to have a clearance to insert the foot cap
