I need to use an adhesive strip to secure the heavy duty tire blockers to my acrylic garage floor. The floor has some slight texture, it is not totally smooth. What do you recommend

I previously asked: "PCRSTP11: Do you have plugs for the mounting holes? Thanx!" I received links to mounting hardware on Amazon. Unfortunately, that wasn't the questions. Do you have plugs for the mounting holes to prevent rain from entering and filling them after you use mounting bolts? I would assume that these would be rubber or plastic caps. Thanx!
