It's not a question, but a NEGATIVE feedback. The microphone had no on/off switch on it.
This mic is a Profesional microphone and the reason why there is no ON / OFF switch is to avoid performers to turn on and off the microphone to allow the sound guy to have the full access of turning on and off the mics
