    • Hello, I cannot get this speaker to connect to bluetooth on my Mac computer, running macOs Ventura 13.2.1. It will connect for a second, flash the blue light, and then it makes a disconnect sound and flashes red and blue, after a few seconds it only shows the red light. I have removed all bluetooth history, several times.

      No, there is no reset button on this unit.

    • Why doesn’t my speakers connect to Bluetooth Unable to connect the device

      Try to remove all the Bluetooth history on the device used and try to reconnect it all again.

    • Hi, Greetings! We are looking for 12 speakers with minimum 100W output but that can be connected directly to a PC (without the need to have an external amplifier). The speaker will be used for Outdoor broadcasting of sound generated from the computer. So, please suggest a model which is fit for outdoor / water and dust resistent. Thank you.
