We purchased 8 PLPTS2 for laptop stand use. One of our products has a defect in the welding. The T-shaft weld has broken at the T. We are unable to place anything on the platform due to the broken weld. Can you assist?

need another screw-knob to tighten slide-up slide-down of main shaft... it stripped

I only got one the brackets to attach the top part to it how do I get another bracket

Is the height adjustment safety pin a new or old/discontinued feature? My Universal Device Stand PLPTS2 ordered on Amazon November 2021 does NOT have the safety pin feature as shown on Amazon, PyleUSA.com, and page 2 of the included user manual. There are no holes for a pin drilled into the vertical extension tube, nor is a lanyarded safety pin included.

The safety PIN is been removed from its feature since Laptops are not that heavy to put pressure on the extension pole

How much weight can the stand support?

the weight capacity is not indicated but it is designed for Laptops, Notebooks, DJ Mixers

I purchased your product from Amazon and it comes with the clamps fault one is larger than the other. And while I’m at it the plate is small, can I get a plate for a 17”laptop.
