Can we get either a rechargeable battery or extra battery pack only? Our megaphone was ordered on Amazon and the battery pack was not in the box. We checked multiple times by multiple people and it wasn't in there. I want a rechargeable anyway since this is for a public elementary school. Thanks. Rechargeable 11.1V Lithium 2000mAh
