installed my new PP777 and get constant buzzing. Turntable, preamp and receiver are grounded. Any suggestions?
check all grounding if secured. if it still buzz, the crtridge might not be compatible with the preamp

I just received two different Pyle phono preamps; the PP999 Pro and the PP999. They look identical with no discernible difference. Is the one vendor simply using the word "pro" so they can charge more? There was a 30% difference in price. Also, I do not see the PP999 on your website. Is it a legitimate Pyle product? If so, how does it compare with the PP777 currently featured on your website?

When I hookup the pp777 turntable preamp and turn it on I hear a very loud hum even through headphones plugged into the preamp. I don’t have a ground attachment for the turntable. Any suggestions?
We suggest to attach the ground and check the wiring connections made with the unit.
